Welcome to the Energy Evaluator by Rockwell Automation. This online energy-management assessment will help you determine your plant’s readiness to make meaningful and continuing reductions in manufacturing energy consumption (water, air, gas, electric, steam), which will ultimately improve profit margins and overall corporate sustainability.
The Energy Evaluator is based on the knowledge behind the Rockwell Automation Industrial GreenPrint™ four-stage approach to energy management: Awareness, Efficiency, Optimization, Aggregation. Here’s how the Evaluator works:
Once you log into the Energy Evaluator site and proceed to the assessment questionnaire, you will be asked a few questions pertaining to each Industrial GreenPrint stage as well as a few industry profile questions. Upon completing the questionnaire (approximately 5 minutes to complete), you will be able to see a quick graphic comparison of your energy-management performance as well as a more detailed data comparison of your performance to those of all Evaluator participants. In addition, you can develop comparisons to subsets of Evaluator participants (such as by industry). There also are learning opportunities embedded in the data-comparison pages to explore energy-management best practices.
